While studying Environmental Administration in my hometown Pereira, Colombia, I began to incorporate social issues into my work. My direct community engagement and environmental advocacy began with my work as an undergraduate student conducting fieldwork with different groups from displaced communities, low-income urban families, and farmers in Colombia. Currently, I’m living in New York where I’m supporting different community-led initiatives.
